Hacienda Valderrama
The project was commissioned by our client, the development company Hacienda Valderrama, and required the design and development of a real estate project for the construction of 34 luxury homes. The project was to be implemented on a plot of land at the Valderrama Golf Club, in San Roque (Cadiz), one of the most emblematic areas of the Andalusian coast. It would be developed on a plot of land of more than 5 ha, within a subsector where there is a plot of more than 24,000 m2 of urbanized and landscaped areas, for the projected construction of more than 15,000 m2 above ground level and more than 10,000 m2 below ground level.
From the beginning we planned to design a harmonious residential complex, emulating large villas, with high quality finishes and a design of great cleanliness and beauty, which would attend with sensitivity and intensity to each of its details and solutions. The project dates back to 2006, and the works were completed in 2009.
The project was based on six independent groups of houses at the same level of the ground around a landscaped area, with a swimming pool and common areas for leisure and recreation. The basement would be used as a garage, and would be developed under the residential nuclei, the garden area and the swimming pool, in continuity and connected as a whole, serving all the dwellings.
